Refunds & Returns
- No Refunds or Returns 10 days after the items delivery to customer.
- Refunds are only issued in the case that the item received was not the item that was purchased. Refunds are also acceptable in the case that the item received was not in the right color or size variant that was ordered.
- Returns are only accepted in the case that the item received was not the item that was purchased, it was not the right size, or it was not the right color variant. Returns are not accepted on custom made orders. This includes all items from the "KishxArtilo" section of this site.
- In the case of a customer receiving an item that they did not order, due to the stipulations above stated, returns are accepted and the customer has the option to receive the correct item free of charge or receive a full refund minus shipping fees. (if Item received is a duplicate, customer is encouraged to return it, but is not obligated to do so.)
- No Refunds are issued after 10 days of the items delivery, if the item has been damaged after it was received by the customer or stolen after arrival to the customer, no refunds will be issued.
- In order to receive a refund or for a return to be accepted the customer must provide proof that the item received was not what they ordered. (Proof includes images of the email received after purchase, and an image of the item that was delivered, for comparison purposes. All proof should be emailed to [email protected] with customer name and order number in the subject next to the words "refund" or "return".)
KishxArtilo is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged after arrival to the customer.
- All T-shirts and Hoodies are made to order. Please allow 5-8 days for the item or items to be shipped/ delivered after the item or items have been produced.
- It can take a few hours or even 1-2 days for shippers to update tracking information. Keep this in mind when looking at tracking updates.
- Packages can be delayed and/or a tracking number may not have been scanned by the postal carrier. Do not be alarmed if your package does not arrive in the estimated time frame or if your tracking number does not update.
