REFUNDS- Refunds may be issued after 10 days of the items delivery. If the item has becomes damaged after it was received by the customer or stolen after arrival to the customer, no refunds will be issued.
- In order to receive a refund, item(s) must be returned and customer must provide proof that the item received was not what they ordered. (Proof includes images of the email received after purchase, and an image of the item that was delivered, for comparison purposes. All proof should be emailed to [email protected], with customer name and order number in the subject next to the words "refund", along with a description of what was wrong with the item in the email.)

Shipping
- All T-shirts and Hoodies are made to order. Please allow 5-8 days for the item or items to be shipped/ delivered after the item or items have been produced.
- It can take a few hours or even 1-2 days for shippers to update tracking information. Keep this in mind when looking at tracking updates.
- Packages can be delayed and/or a tracking number may not have been scanned by the postal carrier. Do not be alarmed if your package does not arrive in the estimated time frame or if your tracking number does not update.
